Yes. All services are provided at no cost, and no insurance is needed. - Are your services confidential? Do I need my parents’ permission? Yes. Services are designed to be confidential, and a parent’s permission is not required just to contact the center or request an appointment. - How quickly can I be seen? Most of the time, you can be seen very quickly, often the same day. Essential Pregnancy Center offers **same-day appointments for pregnancy tests during open hours**, as the schedule allows. Calling or texting ahead is the best way to find out if there is an opening today. If an **ultrasound** is needed, it is usually offered **after a positive lab-quality pregnancy test**. Ultrasound appointments are scheduled according to our nurse’s clinical discretion and availability. Either way, the goal is to **get you in as soon as possible** and make sure you have space to ask questions, understand your options, and plan next steps without feeling rushed. - Do you provide or make referrals for abortion? No. Essential Pregnancy Center does **not** provide or refer for abortions or birth control.
